Duration: 6 months , Full-TimeEmployment Type: W-2Shift: 8:30am-5pm Job Description: - The Compensation & HRIS Analyst (Contractor) partners closely with the Director, Compensation to support compensation programs, market pricing, salary administration, annual compensation planning, HRIS compensation processes, and workforce analytics.
Administer and support annual merit and bonus planning cycles, including budgeting, testing, validation, reporting, and employee eligibility reviews. Maintain and support merit and bonus modules within Dayforce or similar HRIS platforms.
Responsibilities:- Ensure compensation and HRIS data integrity through audits, reconciliations, reporting, and system testing.
Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for new and existing positions using compensation survey data and market pricing tools (e.g., Payfactors, Mercer, WTW, Korn Ferry). Evaluate jobs, review job descriptions, and provide compensation recommendations aligned with internal equity and market competitiveness. - Support salary structure administration, job evaluations, grade assignments, promotions, market adjustments, and incentive programs.
- Support compensation-related projects and other duties as assigned.
Experience:- 3-4 years of compensation xperience required.
- Experience conducting market pricing, job evaluations, and compensation benchmarking.
- Experience supporting annual merit and bonus planning cycles within Dayforce, Workday, UKG, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms.
- Experience with compensation reporting, analytics, and data analysis.
- Experience using Payfactors for market pricing, benchmark matching, salary structure administration, and compensation analysis strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of compensation principles, salary administration, salary structures, and market pricing methodologies.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, compensation planning technology, and merit/bonus administration processes.
- Knowledge of compensation analytics, data reporting, and workforce metrics.
Skills:- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy and data integrity focus.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.

Education:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- CCP certification preferred.
