Description
Analyst - Clinical Applications - Louisville, KY - Contract - $39-49 Per HR
This position involves supporting clinical applications in a hybrid work environment based in Louisville, KY. The role requires problem-solving skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Candidates will work both onsite and remotely, with a focus on system support and user training.
Key Responsibilities
- Support complex application systems and ensure full testing before production implementation.
- Document and describe processes and procedures for current and future systems.
- Train and educate users on system functionality and capabilities.
- Mentor and train in system analysis, design, and specification development.
- Provide problem resolution and basic system configuration for clinical applications.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting IT applications.
- Experience with clinical application/EMR support, including problem resolution and account provisioning.
- Prefer experience with rehabilitation business and applications.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting with flexibility for remote days.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
