Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, governance, and continuous improvement of the Redwood Balance Sheet Certification and Concur platforms. This role serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure systems effectively support business processes, compliance requirements, and organizational objectives. The Business Systems Analyst will analyze business needs, manage system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements while maintaining data integrity and operational excellence.

Bachelor's in finance, accounting or related business field.

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
The Associate Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
The Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field and 2-5 years of relevant experience.
The Senior Analyst level requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field and 5-8 years of relevant experience.
