Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with knowledge management leadership to support SharePoint Modernisation initiatives
• Consult with internal departments to assess, classify, and migrate content
• Guide users through the transition from SharePoint Classic to Modern experiences
• Design and propose effective solutions for organising and communicating information
• Administer digital content repositories, libraries, and workflows
• Document knowledge, processes, and best practices for training and reference
• Develop and deliver individual and group training sessions
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
• Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in content management, knowledge management, or records management
• Strong experience with SharePoint Modern
• Hands‑on experience with SharePoint sites, libraries, and architecture
• Proven experience working directly with customers or internal users
• Experience documenting processes and developing training materials
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating end‑user documentation
• Exposure to enterprise content governance or intranet design best practices
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
