The role partners with Product Managers, business stakeholders, UX, and technology teams to gather requirements, manage backlogs, support delivery, and ensure solutions meet business objectives. We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support digital product delivery by translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories for Agile development teams.

Pay Rate: $38/hr on W2 (All Inclusive)
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support digital product delivery by translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories for Agile development teams. The role partners with Product Managers, business stakeholders, UX, and technology teams to gather requirements, manage backlogs, support delivery, and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, business rules, and dependencies.
• Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile development.
• Support product backlog management, grooming, refinement, and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, testers, architects, and UX teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate delivered functionality, document defects, and coordinate business signoffs.

Required Skills / Attributes

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting software, digital, or technology initiatives.
• Experience supporting customer-facing digital products (web, mobile, self-service, or contact center solutions).
• Experience creating user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
• Experience managing and refining product backlogs.
• Strong understanding of product development methodologies.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technology requirements.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with Jira, Aha!, and Figma.

Desired Skills / Attributes

• Experience creating process flows, journey maps, wireframes, or workflow diagrams.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and customer experience best practices.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Knowledge of utility, energy, customer service, billing, payments, or digital customer experience domains.

Education Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
