We'relookingforanAnalyst,BenefitsAdvisory to join our team. In this role, you'll help evaluate employee benefits solutionsthatarecompetitive,cost-effective,andcompliantwithrelevantrequirements.You'llworkcloselywithclientsandinternalteamstogatherinformation,analyzedata,andprovideinsightsthatsupportinformeddecisions.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Request,organize,andanalyzeclientdata.
  • Serveasakeyanalyticalcontactforclientsandinternalstakeholders.
  • Researchbenefits-relatedtopicsandsummarizefindingsforaccountmanagementteams.
  • Preparereports,analyses,andpresentationsforbothinternalandclientuse.
  • Maintainandupdateimportantclientandteamdocuments.
  • Reviewdataforaccuracyandidentifytrends,opportunities,andpotentialconcerns.
  • Supporttheevaluationofbenefitsprogramsandsolutionsforclientsandprospects.
  • Documentdatasources,methodologies,andassumptionssootherscaneasilyunderstandyourwork.
  • Helpcreateacollaborativeteamenvironmentbuiltonintegrity,respect,service,andaccountability.
  • Managemultipleprojectsandprioritieswhilemeetingdeadlines.

 

About you:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree and 5 years related experience required
  • Understanding of the key challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends
  • Excellent client relationship-building and presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • 2-3 years brokerage/agency experience preferred.
