Job Description

As the Associate/Analyst Asset Management, you will report into senior asset leadership and play a critical role in maximizing portfolio performance through data-driven insights and execution.

  • Support the execution of business plans across assigned assets, tracking performance against financial and operational targets
  • Build and maintain detailed asset-level financial models, including revenue forecasting, expense analysis, and capital planning
  • Identify and help implement net operating income growth initiatives and operational efficiencies
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and variance explanation
  • Prepare investment and performance materials for internal stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Partner with operations, finance, and corporate teams to evaluate revenue enhancement and expense management initiatives
  • Support acquisition and disposition activity, including financial analysis and due diligence coordination

The Successful Applicant

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management, financial analysis, or a related investment role
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation skills
  • Working knowledge of real estate operations, budgeting, and investment accounting
  • Experience within multi-family, student housing, or operational real estate sectors preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
