About the Role
Weber Shandwick is seeking a curious, detail-oriented Analyst to join our Analytics & AI team in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will support research, social listening, campaign measurement, and reporting across client programs in sectors such as technology, healthcare, and government. You will help turn data into clear findings that inform communications strategy, while building fluency in analytics tools, data visualization, and emerging AI-enabled approaches to insight generation.
Reporting to the Manager of Analytics and working closely with other analysts and integrated account teams, you will contribute to day-to-day data collection, analysis, reporting, and quality control. This is a hands-on role for someone who is excited to learn, comfortable working with data, and eager to understand how AI can help teams work smarter and uncover stronger insights.
This position will be based in our Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid schedule.
About You
You are analytically minded, highly organized, and energized by finding meaning in data. You enjoy asking thoughtful questions, digging into trends, and translating information into simple, useful takeaways. You are comfortable learning new platforms, cleaning and organizing data, and supporting multiple client projects at once. You collaborate well with project teams, communicate clearly, and bring a strong sense of ownership to day-to-day tasks. You are also curious about AI and interested in how emerging tools can support research, analysis, and smarter storytelling.

Salary range: $60,000 USD - $70,000 USD
