Join Our Quality Systems Team in Titusville, NJ!
Are you passionate about quality and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry? We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our Commercial Quality activities. This role offers a hybrid work environment, with the opportunity to collaborate on-site in Titusville, NJ, or Horsham, PA, for three days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Know Your Customer applications for specific product purchases.
- Conduct routine data analysis for Suspicious Order Monitoring.
- Manage product quality complaints in the quality system, including evaluation, investigation, and documentation.
- Handle quality events and change control records using the COMET system.
- Coordinate documents and procedures in truVault and other document management systems.
- Organize internal and supplier audits, including logistics, audit plans, execution support, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical or Life Science field.
- 2-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical legislation, GMP/GDP, and DEA regulations.
- Experience with quality management systems, particularly the COMET system.
- Strong data analytics and computer skills.
Preferences:
- Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Technical, or Life Science field.
- Experience in dealing with regulatory inspections and compliance initiatives.
