Join a dynamic team as an Analyst 2, Cust Contract Admin in San Diego, CA! This contract position offers the opportunity to work onsite in a fast-paced environment where your expertise in commercial contracting and customer support will drive impactful business outcomes. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Contracts, and Service Operations while developing your skills in risk management, process improvement, and strategic customer support. Strong performers may be considered for full-time conversion or term extension.
[Responsibilities]
- Evaluate and respond to customer contract redlines regarding service terms, SLAs, and warranties
- Interpret contractual risks, propose compliant solutions, and deliver clear, timely customer communications
- Maintain a repository of contract redline responses, ensuring alignment with company policy and regulatory standards
- Partner with Sales, Technical and Field Service, Contracts, and Quoting to review product eligibility for contract renewals
- Analyze product versions, configurations, and SKUs to assess service delivery compatibility and identify support gaps
- Recommend remediation strategies such as upgrades, substitutions, or tailored support options
- Provide clear, actionable outputs for accurate quoting, entitlement setup, and ongoing service execution
- Prioritize multiple tasks efficiently while supporting continuous process improvement
[Required Skills and Experience]
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in commercial contracting, service, or support administration
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
- Results-driven and a strong team player
[Preferred Skills]
- Experience with customer contract administration in a technology or service-focused environment
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex service agreements and manage risk
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and service delivery processes
