Job Title: Analog Hardware Engineer
Location: North Reading, MA (100% onsite)
Duration: 10 month contract
Payrate: $80 to $95 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, debug, and verify precision DC measurement and sourcing hardware used in automated test equipment (ATE) for semiconductor characterization.
  • Develop low noise analog front ends, precision current/voltage sourcing circuits, protection and switching paths, and calibration architectures.
  • The role involves hands on bench bring up, root cause analysis, signal integrity debugging, and validating performance across temperature, load, and transient conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the instrument meets accuracy, stability, linearity, and reliability requirements for high volume semiconductor test environments.


Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in hardware validation, DV, or test engineering.
  • Strong hands on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, electronic loads, SMUs, logic analyzers).
  • Solid understanding of analog/mixed signal circuits, power delivery, or instrumentation hardware.
  • Experience writing test code (python, VBT, C#).
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience validating ATE instrumentation, power modules, or semiconductor test hardware.
  • Familiarity with PDN behavior, transient testing, and protection circuitry.
  • Experience with PCB rework, probing, and high current/high speed measurement techniques.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, DOE, or reliability testing.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar issue tracking tools.
