Amusements Supervisor

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support Amusements Attendants to maintain a fun, safe, and guest-friendly environment• Oversee arcade, laser tag, and escape room operations• Schedule, train, and supervise team members• Ensure the area is clean, organized, and fully stocked• Patrol the gaming floor to assist guests and resolve issues quickly• Manage department inventory, supplies, and equipment repairs• Coordinate promotions and events alongside the General Manager• Operate the POS system for accurate transactions and reports• Maintain safety standards and respond to incidents as needed• Perform opening and closing duties and other tasks as assigned

Who You Are

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in amusements, hospitality, or entertainment• Strong communication and leadership skills• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays — that’s when the fun happens!
