Amusements Supervisor

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support Amusements Attendants to maintain a fun, safe, and guest-friendly environment
• Oversee arcade, laser tag, and escape room operations
• Schedule, train, and supervise team members
• Ensure the area is clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Patrol the gaming floor to assist guests and resolve issues quickly
• Manage department inventory, supplies, and equipment repairs
• Coordinate promotions and events alongside the General Manager
• Operate the POS system for accurate transactions and reports
• Maintain safety standards and respond to incidents as needed
• Perform opening and closing duties and other tasks as assigned

Who You Are

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in amusements, hospitality, or entertainment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays — that’s when the fun happens!
