You will help tell the story of College Possible Texas through digital content and community engagement while building sustainable processes that increase organizational visibility and long-term support. Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage social media, blog, and e-news content that highlights student impact and organizational initiativesSupport storytelling efforts by developing compelling written and visual content for community and donor engagementAssist with volunteer engagement activities, including event coordination, onboarding materials, and tracking systemsHelp strengthen fundraising and outreach efforts through campaign support, donor communications, and community partnershipsDevelop systems and resources that improve communication workflows and volunteer engagement sustainabilityWork EnvironmentCollege Possible Texas is a dynamic, progressive, and youth-focused working environment. This is a hybrid role with some in-person requirements. Responsibilities may frequently require an adjusted work schedule and/or evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines or satisfy program requirements. While performing the duties of this position, the member is regularly required to engage in digital content creation and access information using a computer for several hours at a time.
