Mentorship: Serve as a consistent role model and mentor for diverse youth across assigned school sites. • Social-Emotional Support: Help students build self-confidence, communication, leadership skills, resilience, and healthy peer relationships. • School Connectedness: Foster student engagement and a sense of belonging through relationship-building and inclusive programming. • Group Facilitation: Lead small-group activities, restorative discussions, and student leadership opportunities. • Mariposa Programming: Implement prevention education, leadership, and youth engagement initiatives. • Cultural Enrichment: Support youth participation in regional Ballet Folklórico programming, heritage events, and cultural celebrations. • Family & Community Inclusion: Create welcoming, identity-affirming environments; assist with school events, community gatherings, and performances.
