Amenity Services Coordinator

Coordinating and scheduling through other representatives and/or service providers the use of building amenities and shared spaces, including but limited to multiple shared conference rooms, the hearing room, and the auditorium. Providing audio/visual, technology and concierge support for conferences, meetings, events, and forums, integrating services from across multiple providers.

The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a full-time Amenity Services Coordinator.  The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the planning, integration, and customer coordination of services and amenities used by building occupants.

Responsibilities:

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Evaluating amenity spaces and services, collecting requirements from owner and tenants through a structured and collaborative process, and making recommendations for improving and optimizing shared conference and meeting spaces, including audio/visual and technology solution enhancements
• Providing audio/visual, technology and concierge support for conferences, meetings, events, and forums, integrating services from across multiple providers
• Coordinating and scheduling through other representatives and/or service providers the use of building amenities and shared spaces, including but limited to multiple shared conference rooms, the hearing room, and the auditorium.
• Overseeing continual demand and capacity analysis
• Developing service descriptions, procedures, and tenant guidance
• Developing performance measures for amenity services 

 

• Four years of logistics, tenant services, concierge, a/v & technology, workplace services support.
• Experience coordinating multiple organizations and time-sensitive actions.
• Strong documentation and customer service skills.
