Amendment Registration Specialist
This Staff Person will serve as the RVRS Primary Contact for Marriage and Death Record Amendments.
This position will serve as the primary contact for Marriage and Death Record Amendment processing, registration, and tracking. They will work directy with data partners and constituents to process requested amendments. They will track and report on completed amendments and create Additional Entry record volumes and associated evidence. This will include the use of a variety of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
This position will also provide information and guidance to the RVRS staff regarding completed Marriage and Death record amendments. As well a,s act as a point of contact for data partners inquiries about the functioning of the RVRS MAVRIC electronic regsitration system.
This position will report to the RVRS Amednments Supervisor and perform additional supporting and ancillary duties within RVRS.
