Ambulatory Call Center Associate (Epic Required)

Our organization is a premier, academically affiliated health system and the region’s largest healthcare provider, renowned for delivering world-class clinical care across an expansive network of specialty clinics, community health centers, and teaching hospitals. As a primary driver of patient navigation and operational excellence, our contact center team serves as the vital link between patients and specialty care providers across complex fields like Dermatology and Urology, ensuring rapid access to care, accurate intake, and a seamless clinical experience from the very first interaction.

Responsibilities

Daily Impact & Key Duties

• Facilitate inbound and outbound patient communications, handling an average volume of 80 to 100 calls daily.
• Execute accurate appointment scheduling and referral processing utilizing the Epic electronic health records (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with clinical teams and management to streamline patient intake and optimize administrative workflows.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Proficiency with the Epic EHR software platform (Must Have)
• Background in high-volume call handling or medical contact center environments. (preferred)
• Reliable work ethic with strict commitment to punctuality and schedule adherence.
