Work Mode: 100% Remote
Schedule: Mon-Fri 0800-1700 PST
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with other APeX application teams, clinical/business operations, and guides to enhance and maintain the Epic electronic health record.
Provide excellent customer service to end users, track issues, and follow up as appropriate.
Work in multiple locations, including Medical Center locations, Benioff Children’s Hospitals-Oakland and San Francisco, campus, and community connect partners.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of Epic build and application experience.
Ambulatory Certification required.
Must achieve EpiCare Ambulatory certification within 6 months of hire.
