Job Title: AWS Connect Developer / Amazon Connect Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AWS Connect (Amazon Connect) Developer to design, develop, and implement cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, AWS services, contact center integrations, IVR development, Lambda, Lex, and CRM integrations. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure customer engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Amazon Connect contact center solutions.
- Configure and customize Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and user management.
- Develop IVR solutions using Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex.
- Build serverless applications using AWS Lambda.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, or custom applications.
- Develop REST APIs and integrate with third-party applications.
- Configure Amazon Connect APIs, Contact Control Panel (CCP), and Streams API.
- Utilize AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, IAM, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize contact center performance.
- Implement security best practices using IAM roles and AWS security services.
- Work with DevOps teams to automate deployments using CloudFormation, Terraform, or AWS CDK.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and code reviews.
- Create technical documentation and deployment guides.
