Working directly with an independent Owner/Operator, Team Leaders gain hands-on leadership experience while leading daily operations, developing team members, maintaining high standards, and ensuring excellence in hospitality, service, and food quality. This role is an opportunity to grow as a leader, invest in others, and help build a stronger team and business.

TEAM LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Team Leader, you will play an important role in creating an exceptional experience for both our guests and team members. You will provide hands-on leadership during daily operations while helping our team grow, maintain high standards, and deliver genuine hospitality.

• Provide hands-on leadership, direction, and support during daily operations.
• Lead by example in operational excellence, food safety, and customer service.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to build confidence, consistency, and proficiency in their roles.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Uphold Chick-fil-A’s hospitality standards by fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Ensure team members follow all Chick-fil-A policies and procedures.
• Take initiative in resolving operational challenges with a solutions-focused mindset.
• Support leadership with inventory control, financial stewards, food safety, and quality checks, and effective shift planning.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Morning availability is required, with availability from 5:00 Am and 4:00 Pm
• Demonstrated consistency and reliability in performance, attendance, and follow-through.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude with a passion for serving and helping others.
• Willingness to receive feedback, coach others, and continuously develop leadership skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
