Job Responsibilities:
Ensure food quality and presentation meets high standards
Excellent knife skills
Ability to operate kitchen equipment
Properly execute recipe procedures
Prepare a variety of foods
Complete assigned prep work to stock and set up station
Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guests safety
1 year cooking and restaurant kitchen experience
High school diploma/GED required
Ability to work on your feet for eight hours or more a day
