The AM Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food for breakfast, lunch, and daily club service. This position ensures all food is prepared according to established recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and club standards.
- Set up and stock the kitchen line before service.
- Maintain proper portioning, presentation, and food quality.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the culinary team and front-of-house staff.
- Assist with prep, receiving, storage, and other kitchen duties as needed.
- Properly label, date, rotate, and store food products.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and carry kitchen supplies.
