AM Housekeeper / Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned guest rooms and ensuring they meet Hyatt's quality and cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, along with the ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with Hyatt brand standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and room amenities.
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and clean bathrooms, bedrooms, and other guest areas.
• Inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and guest readiness.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items promptly.
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain an organized work area.
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and properly.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards while providing exceptional guest service.
• Collaborate with fellow housekeeping team members and other hotel departments to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry moderate weight.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
