Our restaurant's Front of House Team Members play a vital role in providing guests with an exceptional dining experience. They are the first point of contact and are responsible for offering Chick-fil-A's signature service and food. We prioritize being attentive and courteous to all guests, ensuring prompt and accurate service with genuine hospitality. Our friendly and enthusiastic team takes pride in their work and is always ready to assist. Joining our team means serving great food in a welcoming environment and gaining valuable life experience. Our front-of-house positions include dining room hosts, hospitality, registers, face-to-face, drive-through window attendants, and curbside delivery. We offer comprehensive training for all positions to ensure our team members feel confident in delivering excellent service.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador by embracing and demonstrating our values and culture at the highest level
- Ensure customer satisfaction by always protecting and upholding our brand as you attend to customer concerns.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, speed, accuracy, and customer service at all times.
- Meet with shift lead to receive specific position and duty(s) on current shift.
- Follow the Chick-fil-A rules and dress code all the time.
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
- Ability to multitask quickly yet thoroughly
- Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
