Description

The Club at Longview is seeking full-time and part-time AM Food Runner / Expo to join our Food and Beverage team! Must be able to multi-task, function in a fast-paced environment, and accurately prepare and take plates, utensils, condiments, etc., to the proper table.

We are looking for someone who can work 11am to 5pm Tuesday through Saturday. and 9am to 5pm on Sunday.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will be hospitality-oriented with a great work ethic.
Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
Physical ability and stamina to carry trays and stand for long hours.
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Multi-tasking abilities.
Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

Setting tables, serving food orders, and removing used dishes and utensils.
Facilitate collaboration between our kitchen and waitstaff.
Ensure Members have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner.
Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests. (e.g. food allergies).
Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils, and napkins.
Ensure food is served by safety standards (e.g. proper temperature).
Check-in with Members and take additional orders or refill water, as needed.

Pay:
