The Blackbird is hiring a full-time Server to join our team!
We’re looking for an energetic, dependable, and team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate provides friendly, attentive service and enjoys working as part of a strong team to create a great experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverages
- Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team members
- Check in with guests throughout their dining experience
- Process guest payments accurately
- Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas
- Assist with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities
- Work together with the team during busy services
- Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests
Qualifications
- Previous serving or restaurant experience is preferred
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tables and guest needs
Availability
Brunch availability is required, including weekends as scheduled.
Full-time hours are available.
