Join us!Bank of America Merrill Alternative Investments is seeking an experienced sales professional to join its Alternative Investments Specialist organization. Responsible for driving distribution, advisor engagement, and client adoption of private equity, private credit, and real asset solutions, while supporting existing client assets and prospecting UHNW and institutional investors across Merrill and Bank of America Private Bank.Responsibilities:Develop deep expertise in Bank of America's portfolio construction framework for alternative investments. Construct customized portfolio recommendations for our largest, most sophisticated clients.Evaluate private market strategies and solutions in consultation with Origination and Due Diligence.Create strategic business plans in coordination with local leadership and regional specialists.Improve Advisor experience by working across functional groups including product, operations, marketing, legal, risk, and compliance.
