Lexington Public Schools is seeking qualified applicants for the position of high school alternative education teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. Applicants must possess a Nebraska teaching certificate with any /secondary teaching endorsement. Position open until filled. This position is subject to a veteran's preference. EOE.

Additional Information Competitive salary and benefits. $500 incentive for residing in the school district; tuition reimbursement for pursuing a Master's degree in the teaching field. All prior years of teaching experience are accepted when determining salary schedule placement.
