Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Connect with potential and existing clients, understanding their insurance requirements and providing appropriate solutions.

Insurance Sales: Actively sell, quote, and bind insurance products over the phone and online.

Policy Management: Review and update clients' policies to ensure they have adequate coverage.

Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance and expand client portfolios with additional insurance products.

Relationship Building: Develop enduring relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring client satisfaction.

Adherence to Compliance: Follow all local, state, and federal regulations regarding insurance sales and practices.

Continuous Development: Participate in training and development activities to remain informed and enhance skills.


Requirements

Licensing: An active Property & Casualty License is required, preferably with experience in Allstate products.

Experience: A proven track record in insurance sales.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage and assist clients.

Motivation: A self-starter attitude with a strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Customer Orientation: A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software and other digital sales platforms for managing client relationships and sales processes.
