Responsibilities:- Greet and assist clients in-person, over the phone, and via email in a professional manner
- Support insurance agents with daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and maintain accurate client records
- Process insurance documents, forms, and policy-related paperwork
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and data entry
- Assist with customer service inquiries, claims support, and policy questions
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Positive, professional demeanor with a team-oriented attitude
- Insurance industry knowledge or willingness to obtain licensure is a bonus
