Position Overview
The Allocation Analyst plays a critical role in driving sales and inventory productivity by managing SKU-level merchandise allocation across all store locations and eCommerce channels. This role ensures inventory is optimized to support sales goals, in-stock performance, and visual presentation standards.
Working cross-functionally with Merchandising, Buying, and Planning teams, the Allocation Analyst helps shape assortment strategies, influence inventory flow, and identify opportunities to maximize overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities

- Execute SKU-level allocation strategies aligned with assortment, inventory, and sales plans to support overall business performance
\t
- Maintain optimal inventory levels across stores and eCommerce to support in-stock performance and customer experience
\t
- Analyze sales and inventory performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities at the store and product level
\t
- Conduct pre-season, in-season, and post-season analyses to identify sales opportunities and inventory risks
\t
- Monitor distribution center (DC) inventory flow and partner with Demand Planning to support timely product replenishment
\t
- Evaluate results and help refine allocation strategies to improve sales, optimize inventory levels, and reduce stock imbalances
\t
- Run and maintain reports to monitor sales, inventory performance, and allocation effectiveness

- Support cross-functional projects and collaborate with Merchandising, Buying, and Planning teams
