Position Summary
The Lead Service Technician is responsible for the safe installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and inspection of propane systems, equipment, and appliances. This role leads field service activities while ensuring compliance with all company policies and federal, state, and local regulations. The Lead Service Technician serves as a key customer-facing representative, delivering exceptional service, promoting safety, and supporting operational excellence through technical expertise, fleet stewardship, and effective communication with customers, team members, and leadership.
