OSINT / All-Source Analyst

Location: Quantico, VA
Salary: $90,000 annually

Position Overview
SRG Government Services is seeking an experienced OSINT / All-Source Analyst to support strategic assessments of foreign economic and industrial capabilities. This role will focus on researching and analyzing the economic structures of foreign states and non-state actors, with an emphasis on military-industrial capabilities, defense spending, economic vulnerabilities, and the long-term sustainability of military operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, research, and communication skills, with the ability to identify trends, assess complex data, and present actionable insights to stakeholders and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on foreign economic systems and their relationship to military-industrial capabilities.
  • Analyze the economic health of foreign governments, organizations, and non-state actors to assess defense-related spending and operational sustainability.
  • Identify economic leverage points, systemic vulnerabilities, and financial indicators that may impact military capabilities.
  • Evaluate economic trends, anomalies, and patterns to support strategic assessments.
  • Produce clear, well-structured written reports and analytical products.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings to stakeholders, leadership, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and interagency stakeholders to support strategic communication initiatives.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and working groups as needed to present findings and support mission objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret clearance.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience applying data analysis, trend analysis, or intelligence analysis to support strategic problem-solving.
  • Experience conducting research and analysis related to foreign governments, economic systems, security issues, or defense-related topics.
  • Proficiency with data manipulation and analysis, including databases and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to identify trends, anomalies, patterns, and key indicators within complex data sets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience preparing formal reports, analytical products, and professional briefings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, leadership, and interagency partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to support or lead strategic communications, conferences, working groups, or interagency discussions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, market research, security, intelligence, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting DoD, intelligence community, or national security missions.
  • Familiarity with foreign military-industrial complexes, defense spending, sanctions, trade, or economic statecraft.
  • Experience conducting OSINT research and all-source analysis.
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into concise, decision-ready assessments.
