General Manger

• Under the direction of the District Manager, the General Manager is responsible for the successful execution of the Pie Five experience through serving the guest in a team member capacity, directing subordinates, and overseeing all aspects of the operation, including recruitment, development, scheduling, forecasting, ordering, inventory, performance management, guest service, financial performance, and reporting.

Assistant Manager

• Under the direction of the General Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for the successful execution of the Pie Five experience through serving the guest in a team member capacity, directing subordinates, and overseeing all aspects of the operation, including recruitment, development, scheduling, forecasting, ordering, inventory, performance management, guest service, financial performance, and reporting.

Shift Leader

• Under the direction of store management, the Shift Lead is responsible for the successful execution of the Pie Five experience through serving the guest in a team member capacity, while also assuming a supervisory role of directing team members and leading the operation in the absence of store managemen

Team Member

• Provide friendly, high energy customer service to Pie Five guests
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to guests
• Exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude and provide exceptional customer service
• Adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency and enthusiasm
• Knowledgeably answers guests’ questions, in person or by phone, about menu items, pricing and current promotions

Delivery Driver

• Delivers finished menu items to guests
• Accepts payment for food upon delivery
• Keeps car clean and in good working condition
• Keeps pace with incoming delivery orders
• Stays up to date with menu as well as with current promotions and can describe items to guest
• Helps with answering phone, taking orders, producing orders and food prep
• Cross trains and learns duties of builder, banker and cut
• Helps with other areas of the restaurant as needed
• Completes opening and closing checklists as needed
