Job Description:
Position: Registered Behavior Technician
Reports to: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Administration
Schools: Coginchaug Regional High School (2 positions); Lyman (1 position) and Brewster (1 position)
Qualifications:
Description of Basic Responsibilities: The Behavior Technician, under the direct supervision of the Behavior Analyst assists in the development and implementation of behavior intervention programs for students with challenging behavioral needs at various sites throughout the district, monitors and collects data on behavior, documents progress and collaborates with school staff to coach and implement behavior interventions.

Compensation: Starting rate is $24.91 with RBT Certification (the District will pay for the certification if candidate is otherwise qualified). Benefits included.
