POSITIONS: Registered Behavior Tech or individual willing to be trained
Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician
Andover Elementary School is seeking a caring, dependable, and collaborative Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician on an individual willing to be trained in this area to join our special education program. This position will provide direct support to students with a variety of learning, behavioral, communication, social-emotional, and developmental needs while promoting independence, engagement, and meaningful participation in the school community.

Schedule: Part- time 20 Hours per Week | School-Year Position | Non-Union, Temporary (One-Year Grant-Funded, 2026-2027 School Year). Specific daily schedule will be determined based on program and student needs.
Salary Range: $21-$30 per hour (Hourly rate determined by experience, qualifications, and credentials.)
Benefits: This position is not eligible for health, medical, or dental benefits. Sick leave in accordance with applicable Connecticut state law.
