The Consolidated School District of New Britain is seeking a dynamic and experienced operational leader to oversee districtwide facilities, transportation, safety, food services, and operational initiatives. This executive leadership opportunity offers the chance to shape districtwide operational strategy within a collaborative and mission-driven environment focused on student success.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing forward-thinking operational initiatives that support strategic district priorities and ensure safe, efficient, and welcoming learning environments for students and staff.

This leader will oversee major district facilities and capital improvement initiatives, including school renovation, modernization, construction, maintenance, and infrastructure improvement projects, while collaborating with school leaders, community partners, contractors, and the Board of Education.
