The Academics and Accountability Officer is a dynamic executive leadership position responsible for shaping and advancing the district's vision for excellence in PreK-5 teaching and learning. This role leads districtwide efforts to accelerate student achievement, strengthen instructional practice, and drive academic accountability while ensuring all students have equitable access to rigorous, high-quality, and culturally responsive learning experiences. Working collaboratively with school and district leaders, the Academics and Accountability Officer advances instructional innovation, professional learning, data-informed decision-making, and continuous school improvement to create meaningful and lasting impact for students, staff, families, and the greater school community.
