The Occupational Therapist works under the supervision of leadership. Evaluates, plans and implements treatment programs for the rehabilitation of patients, as directed by a provider, using approved treatment procedures. Provides patient/family education. Participates in family conferences. Responsible for all necessary documentation as required by accepted medical guidelines.

- Participates in staff meetings, family conferences and interdisciplinary team conferences, when appropriate.
- Participates in continual process improvement.

Education
- Bachelor''s Degree - Graduate of accredited Occupational Therapy school with Bachelor of Science/ARTS. - Required
Work Experience
Licenses and Certifications
- Occupational Therapist (OT) - Licensed in State of Missouri - Required within 60 Days
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required within 90 Days
Travel Requirements
- Must be able to travel between various system facilities and off-site locations as needed. - Required
