Alarm System Installation Coordinator

Loyal Source is looking for an Alarm System Installation Coordinator for an employment opportunity in Miramar, Florida.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and bilingual Installation Coordinator to support our fire protection and security system projects across South Florida—from Deerfield Beach to the Florida Keys. This is a fully in-office role based in Miramar, FL, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong command of procurement, scheduling, and financial tracking. You’ll be the central hub for coordinating installations, managing inventory, forecasting labor and equipment needs, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. If you’re a spreadsheet wizard with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for logistics, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules and logistics for fire and security projects across South Florida
• Manage procurement activities including labor forecasting, inventory control, and equipment allocation
• Track project hours, material usage, and delivery timelines to ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain and update financial spreadsheets for project budgeting and cost tracking
• Communicate effectively with field teams, vendors, and clients in both English and Spanish
• Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong understanding of procurement processes: labor hours, inventory, forecasting, and scheduling
• Proficient in Excel and financial tracking tools; able to build and manage complex spreadsheets
• Experience in fire protection, security systems, or construction coordination preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment

Schedule: M-F 7:30AM-4:00PM
