The Alarm Dispatcher is in charge with dispatching fire, medical, and security alarms for community members and business customers. Alarm Dispatchers are taking incoming emergency calls, determining nature of emergency, forwarding the request to suitable services, providing instructions to callers, and reporting to supervisors. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills: customer service, a clear speaking voice, emotional stability, being able to work under pressure and good communication and listening abilities.
Saturday & Sunday Night Shift, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am! Both nights! Must pass Background Check!
