Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Experience as a Journey Developer
- Expertise in designing and implementing Journey Maps
- Proficiency in AJO HTML coding and template development
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize journey performance
- Strong understanding of customer engagement and marketing automation workflows
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Build and customize HTML-based communications within AJO.
- Create and maintain journey maps and workflows.
- Conduct QA testing and validate journey functionality before deployment.
- Identify and resolve issues related to journey execution and campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing, business, and technical teams to ensure successful implementations.
- Support ongoing enhancements and optimization of customer journeys.
Experience Required
- 8 12 years of overall IT/MarTech experience.
- Proven experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations.
- Strong background in HTML development for marketing communications.
