Airport Stock & Receiving Associate (F&B)

Location: St. Louis Lambert International Airport, St Louis, MO, 63145

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Airport Stock & Receiving Associate to join our Food & Beverage (F&B) team at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving shipments, and ensuring stock levels are maintained to support smooth F&B operations within the airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of food, beverages, and related supplies for accuracy and quality.
• Unload deliveries safely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of perishable and non-perishable items.
• Organize and stock inventory in designated storage areas, maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Track inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages to management promptly.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
• Coordinate with F&B team members to fulfill stock requests and support daily operations.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and airport security protocols.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts, if certified.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in stock, receiving, or warehouse roles, preferably in food service or hospitality.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to pass airport security clearance and background checks.
