    Is this you?

    • Do you enjoy hands-on work and moving between tasks during a shift?
    • Are you comfortable working on a paint line, at a laser, and on assembly benches?
    • Do you take pride in accuracy, safety, and teamwork?

    What you’ll do

    • Hang and unhang moving parts on the paint line
    • Break parts out of laser-cut sheets and stage them for next operations
    • Build sub-assemblies by following work order instructions
    • Assist machine operators with loading and unloading
    • Pack and crate orders to meet shipping instructions
    • Jump in to support other departments as directed by your supervisor

    • Confirm materials, sizes, and parts match job tickets
    • Ensure all parts/surfaces are defect-free
    • Self-check your work; elevate unusual, defective, or difficult operating conditions
    • Meet defined quality standards and document work as required

    • Complete tasks with minimal supervision while meeting schedule commitments

    What you bring

    • Required: 1+ year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or construction
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

    Preferred

    • Mechanical inclination and basic math skills
    • High attention to detail; comfortable working to precise tolerances
    • Exposure to computerized manufacturing systems
    • Effective verbal and written communication
    • Overhead crane operation
    • Self-driven; able to work independently and in a team
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting

    Proficiencies

    • Mechanical troubleshooting skills
    • Mechanical assembly skills
