Teach Tomorrow’s Techs: Aircraft Systems Training Instructor (A&P)
Picture your day starting in a fully equipped lab, safety checks complete, torque wrenches lined up, and a group of aspiring technicians ready to learn from your real-world experience. By mid-morning, you’re walking students through troubleshooting aircraft systems, turning complex concepts into hands-on practice. In the afternoon, you’re mentoring a student team through a component overhaul and collaborating with colleagues to refine a module aligned with current industry standards. You head home on Friday knowing your weekends are yours—and that your guidance helped someone master a new skill.
