• Design, maintain, and repair heat transfer products for aerospace applications.
• Support FAA Repair Station activities and develop DER repairs.
• Apply engineering principles to deliver FAA FAR-145 component repair solutions.
• Lead projects from concept to completion-planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve technical feasibility and production issues.
• Build strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
What We're Looking For:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or higher.
• Experience: 5+ years in a regulated industry (Aerospace/Defense preferred); FAA certification knowledge is a plus.
