This position is responsible for performing aircraft structural repairs, modifications, inspections, and maintenance accurately and in accordance with applicable technical documentation, engineering requirements, and approved procedures. The Aircraft Structural Technician must have strong hands-on structural experience, including precise drilling, fastener removal and installation, structural damage assessment, sheet metal work, composite repairs, and aircraft structural repairs. The successful candidate will be capable of working independently with little to no supervision while demonstrating strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality, safety, compliance, and workmanship. Principal Accountabilities Perform structural repairs, modifications, inspections, and maintenance onBoeing 717, 737, 747, 757, and 767 aircraftPerform precise drilling, fastener removal, and fastener installation in accordance with approved procedures and technical documentationInspect aircraft structures for damage, defects, wear, corrosion, fatigue, and other conditions requiring repair or further evaluationAssess structural damage and determine appropriate repair requirements based on approved technical documentationPerform aircraft sheet metal repairs, structural modifications, and component repairs accurately and in accordance with applicable proceduresPerform structural repairs involving aircraft skins, frames, stringers, longerons, ribs, bulkheads, floor structures, doors, panels, and other structural componentsPerform composite and bonded structural repairs when required and within approved proceduresRead, understand, interpret, and work fromStructural Repair Manuals (SRMs), Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMMs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and engineering drawingsWork with Boeing aircraft structural components and apply appropriate repair procedures and techniquesEnsure completed repairs, modifications, and inspections meet applicable quality, safety, customer, and regulatory requirementsMaintain strong attention to detail throughout all structural repair and inspection activitiesWork independently with little to no supervision while maintaining quality and safety standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company, customer, FAA, OSHA, and applicable safety policies and proceduresMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Davcor Aviation ServicesDemonstrate knowledge ofBoeing aircraft structural repair, modification, maintenance, and inspection practicesDemonstrated proficiency withaircraft sheet metal work, precise drilling, fastener removal, fastener installation, and structural repairsExperience working with aircraft skins, frames, stringers, ribs, bulkheads, floor structures, doors, panels, and other structural componentsFamiliarity with aircraft structural damage assessment and approved repair proceduresKnowledge of aluminum and other aircraft structural materialsExperience with composite and bonded structural repair techniques is preferredAbility to read, understand, and work fromSRMs, AMMs, ADs, SBs, engineering drawings, and other approved technical documentationAbility to accurately perform structural repairs, modifications, and inspections in accordance with technical documentation and approved proceduresStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work independently with compliance, and company values Minimum Qualifications 35 years of experienceperforming aircraft structural repairs, modifications, and inspectionsPrevious experience working onBoeing 717, 737, 747, 757, and 767 aircraft preferredDemonstrated experience with aircraft sheet metal work, precise drilling, fastener removal, fastener installation, and structural repairsExperience performing aircraft structural modifications and inspectionsExperience working fromBoeing SRMs, AMMs, engineering drawings, and other approved aircraft maintenance documentationFamiliarity with Boeing aircraft structural components, repair procedures, and structural damage assessmentComposite or bonded aircraft repair experience preferredAbility to perform assigned work independently with little to no
