About the Role:EPC Aerospace Aircraft Maintenance Services LLC is looking for a skilled Aircraft Structural Mechanic to join our team in Orlando Florida, Mobile Alabama & Shreveport, LA. Responsibilities:- Inspect, repair, and modify aircraft structural components including fuselage, wings, and control surfaces
- Perform sheet metal fabrication, riveting, and bonding in accordance with OEM specifications and technical manuals
- Conduct damage assessments and develop repair schemes compliant with FAA regulations and airworthiness directives
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and structural repair manuals (SRM)
- Collaborate with quality control inspectors to ensure all work meets regulatory and company standards
- Document maintenance actions accurately in aircraft logbooks and maintenance tracking systems
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and aviation safety standards
Requirements:- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on aircraft structural repair and sheet metal experience
- Proficiency in riveting, drilling, bonding, and composite repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret SRMs, engineering orders, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, and Part 145 repair station requirements
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced MRO environment
