    PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS

    Must be at least 18 years of age

    High school diploma or general education degree GED required

    Over 2 years aviation maintenance experience

    FAA Airframe certification or Repairmans Certificate

    Knowledge of FAA regulations including 14 CFR

    Proven leadership abilities such as taking personal responsibility superb attendance completing work in a timely manner and performing tasks accurately.

    Takes initiative such as plans work and carries out tasks without detailed instructions.

    Strong judgment and decision-making skills.

    Time management skills such as the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities a problem-solver and effectively dealing with tight deadlines and work pressure stress.

    Fluent in English speech reading writing

    PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

    Powerplant license A&P

    Valid Drivers License

    EDUCATION andor EXPERIENCE

    PHYSICAL DEMANDSWORK ENVIRONMENT LI-DT1
